I have always felt that tutoring should offer a much more laid-back approach at getting concepts across to students. This is a chance to learn material in an environment that doesn't bear the pressures and stresses of the classroom and achieving a certain grade. Also as opposed to a classroom, I feel that the student should have the floor. This is their time to ask questions and talk through problems.
