That might require stacking up 100 pennies to teach about percentages; drawing pictures or graphs to teach how to do words problems in math; or making up short stories using the phonics and reading skills I’m trying to teach. I enjoy working with children and have wanted to be a teacher since I was in the fourth grade. My favorite part about teaching is when I see the "light bulb" go on in a child's mind and there is excitement about learning.
