I have been a graphic designer for 10 years and have real world experience with clients. I have done work for Solo Cup, Target, Sesame Street, Kroger, Aldi and Starbucks. I like to draw students out with questions and get them thinking for themselves. In order to handle situations in the real world one needs appropriate problem solving skills. When I show something to a student I want them to repeat what I've just done and then explain why this works - but I want them to also try and find another way that will work.
