I received a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Secondary Mathematics (grades 9-12) from Missouri State University. Having always enjoyed math, I was able to pick it up easily. During my Associates degree, I enjoyed the opportunity to work in the Excel/SSS student-tutoring department. I was recommended by several of my professors to tutor in the subjects of chemistry and mathematics. I tutored in subjects ranging from introduction to chemistry to general chemistry 1 along with mathematics subject from basic mathematics all the way to calculus 1. Although I have only been teaching in a classroom setting for the last two semesters, I have spent a great deal of time teaching friends and fellow students over the years.
