A Little Bit About Me...

I have teached german in romania. I have finished modern applied languages german and french. I have a teachers licence for these langauages. I am open to new students and people. Personal training in german for children as well as ealder people was a freetime activity in my homecountry. I teached german in a school in Sibiu Romania. German is one of my top subjects! I have received a B.A. in German Language from Mercer University in Macon, GA. I have spent time abroad in the host country during the summer.

2012 college graduate, majored in German language with a French language minor. I tutored foreign languages all 4 years in the Academic Resource Center at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. As part of our seminar classes, I also tutored Math at the Alexander II Elementary School in Macon. I have volunteer experience at the Joshua House After-school program. I was born in Romania and visit my family often so I can refresh my knowledge of the Romanian language as well.

I have taught English to students at levels from seventh graders through college freshmen. My M.A. in English Literature equipped me to inspire both eager and reluctant students to write and read with confidence and capability. As a reporter, a proofreader, and an editor, I used language in the real world, and that application helps me inspire and motivate students. Teaching home-schooled students, international students, and students of widely varying ages, backgrounds, and ambitions has taught me to match the needs of the individual to the requirements of an increasingly competitive world.
