A Little Bit About Me...

My experience in teaching is limited other than helping my brother-in-law with tutoring through algebra in college. I enjoyed it very much, and it was extremely fulfilling. I can tutor/teach various courses in math, business, engineering/construction technology, etc.
I want to guide the student to figuring out the right answer themselves by demonstrating a problem for them, and having them work a similar one. I will be there step by step to offer direction in a very pleasant, easy going manner.

I had always wanted to be a teacher, but after teaching for several years I found that I enjoyed the one-on-one experience more. I have a triple major in math education, elementary education and physical education. My professional experience includes math teacher, physics teacher, accountant, business owner and financial manager.
I love helping people realize that they are smarter than they think. Seeing the look on a student's face when he/she grasps a new concept is a very rewarding experience.
