Learning is a lifelong process!

My very first year of teaching was at the Lehigh Valley Performing Arts High School, and I also taught for two years at Northern Lehigh High School. Currently, I am resigned and staying home, but looking to work part time. I have experience teaching grades 7-12 and working with all types of students. The classes I've taught range from Honors English to a class which targeted students struggling to gain proficiency in English related PSSA skills.
Every student is unique and benefits from an individualized instruction. My style is business casual; I am firm yet warm and encouraging with students.

A Little Bit About Me...

I received my B.S degree The Pennsylvania State University and my Masters Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix. I have always known that I wanted to become a teacher. I believe educating our future, our children, is one of the most important jobs anyone could have. I love being in the classroom and interacting with the children. After graduation I taught Pre-K after graduation and soon realized I wanted to go back to school for my masters in education. I am substitute teacher which has been a great learning experience for me. I also have worked at a Sylvan Learning Center and as a TSS with children with special needs.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am willing to go above and beyond to help a student achieve success. As a teacher and tutor, there is nothing more satisfying as when the “light bulb” finally goes off for the student.
