I have a passion for learning as well as sharing my knowledge with others. I obtained a BA in Mathematics and am currently working on MAT in Mathematics. While in college I was part of a tutoring/mentoring program and helped my peers with math. I also had an opportunity to prepare high school students for the Alabama Grad Exam during a summer session with the Upward Bound Program. I currently help children in my community with any problems they may face in mathematics.
Teaching has been a desire of mine since I taught math at a local high school for two years. In essence, I didn't just study to pass my exams, I studied to understand the material so that I can be able to teach someone else.
