A Little Bit About Me...

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Accounting. I graduated from the University of Houston with a 3.8 G.P.A. in my major. I have learned to apply critical thinking via my education throughout my previous career in the hotel industry. I was a member of Toast Masters for a year and learned valuable communication skills and the ability to speak with precision and confidence. I have coached youth soccer for approximately 6 years and currently am the Full Field Program director (a volunteer position) for Harbor Soccer Club in Gig Harbor. In my career as a hotel owner/operator I was responsible for training and assisting in training of all employees for all levels.

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a dual degree in Accounting and Information Systems. In 2009, I sat for and passed all four section of the CPA examination. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate, I was extremely driven to excel and reach my potential. I have been tutoring as a volunteer and as a job for a combined 7 years now. I have worked in both one on one tutoring with a dyslexic student, tutoring in specialized topics, and group peer tutoring. My longest individual tutoring experience has been with Aidan, who is dyslexic and I have been working with for 4 years.
