I have taught as an observer in middle schools and junior high schools; South in Boise, Idaho, Rober Stuart Junior High in Twin Falls, Idaho, and at Pathways Middle School in Meridian, Idaho. I tutored at South Junior High in the Avid program and in a ESL tutoring room in the same school. I differentiate my teaching to try and match the current abilities and learning styles of the students. I want to know what the student knows, and then begin to teach them something new. I will demonstrate, guide the student through a few examples and let them do it on their own.

Although I wish I could count the endless amount of time I spent playing teacher as a child, I know parents are looking for more expierence than an eight year old and her dolls. I have tutored children, ages ranging from eight to fourteen, off and on for three years.
