I have a degree in mechincal engineering. I have work at the math tutoring center on the ISU campus in 1995 and 1996. I have also worked at the ISU student Math center in Idaho falls in 2010 and 2011. Most of my experience is working with students that strugle with math. I work best with students whom want to learn but are in need of help. I would like to try some other subjects.

I feel that the biggest change for good that any one of us can make is in the lives of the children we find around us. I love teaching. A Little Bit About Me...

Ever since I can remember, my mother has stressed the importance of obtaining a degree in higher education. Because of this, I have furthered my education by attending college. I am currently a senior at Brigham Young University, Idaho. I am majoring in Animal Science and minoring in Chemistry. I have taken advanced writing classes and have written numerous research papers in several areas of study. In high school, I tutored students in algebra. I am really good with kids. What I excel at is relating info. I can tell when someone is struggling, and usually know how to rectify the situation. I really enjoyed when I was able to tutor in elementary. The kids that I worked with had real problems in Math. With all of the kids that I taught they learned quick, just not the way teachers taught. I had to come up with different methods to relate the subject to them.
In Elementary I tutored for about a year. I also worked at a youth camp for kids with add adhd drug issues and anger problems. I have my A.S. in business and am very good with Math. I have also helped my little siblings with homework.
