I think people learn best when they are in a supportive and exciting environment. Education should engage students on multiple levels. In January of 2012, I gained teaching experience as a part-time English instructor for Korean exchange students (ages ranging from 13 to 17 years old). My responsibility for this job was to provide the students with appropriate exercises and assignments to assist them in improving their English reading skills. I also gave lessons in vocabulary and assignments to help them better understand the proper usage of the vocabulary words.
