I have been teaching for 12 years. I began teaching after graduating from the University of Berkeley with a Bachelors in Sociology. I taught Reading, Math, and Social Studies as a regular education teacher until 2005. In 2005 I began to teach special education students, and this is currently where I teach. My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : My current career is in Applied Behavioral Analysis and my job is to work with children who are not neurotypical for whatever the reason.

Depends on how the client learns. I spend the first few days probing based on the Applied Behavioral Analysis standard before targeting specific patterns to teach.
