With diligent efforts and a drive to overcome the academic challenges once faces as a student, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. I started tutoring math as an 8th grade student, and tutored consistently for the next 10 years. I tutored math from 4th grade up through Calculus. I graduated magna cum laude from Dominican University with a B.S. with Distinction in Math and from NIU with a M.S. in Math. I have always excelled at school, so I would help with any subject. I am certified through the State of Illnois to teach math and history at the middle school and high school levels. A Little Bit About Me...

I've always had a passion to teach. Life took me down a few different paths but I've managed to find my way back to teaching. I'm looking to pursue a Masters in order to obtain a position in the fields of teaching CAD. I enjoy teaching others because I think I have a unique connection with the way some people think. I have dyslexia, but I managed to get a 3.9 in High School, a 2.98 at Michigan Tech and currently hold a 3.85 at KVCC.
