Most of my years recently have been in middle or high school but my early years were in the elementary leveles. I Have also instructed teachers. I received my B.S degree The Pennsylvania State University and my Masters Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix. I have always known that I wanted to become a teacher. Being exposed and working at different school districts and states allowed me to learn different styles, therefore, I was able to evaluate what works and adapt the techniques to my own style. Education allowed me to learn techniques and I do claim that I was successful leading a classroom and learning was achieved by my studens. I do believe that education is always open for improvement. I graduated from Southern CT State University in 2007 with a degree in Art Education. I have been teaching or substitute teaching in some capacity since my sophomore year of college. I have been exposed to several reading programs used in NEPA public schools. In addition to classroom experience, I have extensive experience working with students with ASD. I most recently worked as an ABA therapist. I am currently attending Misericordia University in pursuit of a Master's Degree in Special Education and anticipate graduation in December.
