To me chemistry has always been an exciting but often misunderstood science. The average person doesn't realize how much chemistry is around them and how chemistry is a fundamenal part of nature. I believe that relating chemistry to our everyday lives can be fundamental to having a better appreciation of the science. My fascination for math and science started right before high school level, which drove me to have the Ph.D. degree in chemistry. As an Organic Chemist, I know the subject very well and had gained extensive teaching and research experiences at undergrad and graduate levels.

I try to tailor my style to the student. Each student I had tutored when I was in college I had basically spoke with them, got to learn what they strong points were, their weaknesses, and areas that needed more base learning. I tailored lesson plans to help fill in their educational gaps, created small weekly assignments, and also helped with their current homework/lesson plan. I believe everyone learns in different ways.
