I prefer to figure out how the student learns the best personally, whether through just hearing it or being shown examples and anything and everything in-between. I want to teach students how to not only memorize the material but actually understand the material so they will be able to use that as building blocks forward in their education.

I have worked with fourth, fifth, and sixth graders in preparing them for MCT tests and exit exams. I have tutored in elementary english, math and computer.
