My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : I am certified teacher at the Master's level with certifications for early childhood, elementary, special education, ESL and reading specialist. I am trained in Mindfulness for children.

I use a multi-sensory approach when teaching to meet the student's needs. I also incorporate lots of games and personal experience to make it fun and engaging.
I graduated from Arcadia University with a Bachelor's degree in education from Arcadia University in 2014. I then went on to earn my Master's degree in education a year later from Arcadia University. I have taught school for 29 1/2 years in Special Education . My positions were in Preschool Special Needs, Elementary Special Needs, and High School Occupational Course of Study. Turning your weakness into your strength

I have been tutoring for over seven years, starting with my peers in tenth grade. I have tutored a wide range of subjects, from Geometry through Calculus III, from general computer knowledge through utilizing the advanced functions of Microsoft Access. I have tutored people ranging from my peers to people three times my age, to as young as third graders. My motto has evolved into "Helping those who feel they can not be helped"
I help guide the student along, having them discover much of the information in a trial and error fashion. I tend to use the questions they are struggling with the most, making similar examples, then walking them through these problems and breaking down the problems until the student understands the how the process works.
