A Little Bit About Me...

I like working with high school students with a desire to learn. As a senior member of the Civil Air Patrol, working with the cadets was a pleasure. Their abilities ranged from marginal to excellent, but every cadet had a strong desire to learn and excel in every thing they did in Civil Air Patrol. We had several cadets go the military academies and become excellent officers and pilots.
Thirty five years experience in Information Technology with positions ranging from Programmer/Analyst to Consultant to Manager. Five years engineering experience in Flight Test, Aircraft Stability and Flight Controls, and Aircraft Structures. I love teaching children and adults alike. I beleive teaching should be tailored to each individual, because we are all different and learn at a different pace. I also beleive that you should make your teaching relatable to the subject if interest of the student.If a student has a passion for mussic try to use that as an avenue for your lessons,once they are engaged in something they are passionate about it would make learning even more fun.
I have earned a Master in Management and an Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing and International Business. I am also bilingual and fluently speak french. My work experience coupled with my educational background would make me a valuable tutor to any student needing my help.
