I have studied Japanese for 7 years and have traveled throughout Japan. I am originally from England so I social studies have always grabbed my interest with an underlying passion for computer science. I enjoy converting the daily activities to metrics and observing changes in groups based on measurable and immeasurable features. I want to teach children about real world applications for what they teach in school and help adults refine their skills to be utilized efficiently in the workplace.

My comments on tutoring Japanese : Studied for 6+ years

As the president of my high school's Japanese club, I made it a priority to stay after school on most days and provide tutoring assistance for other students in the classes, compensated or not. I also held organized study sessions for classmates in Japanese courses in college, and as a result, all participants were able to improve their scores on later tests.
