My comments on tutoring Microsoft Excel : I have taken this class in high school as well as college twice.

I am almost finished at Cleveland Community College with my teacher degree in childhood education for children with special needs. I have more then 6 years of college education under my belt because I love to learn, and also because all the different possible courses that a person can take at a community college. I have multiple years of experience in a manufacturing setting applying Excel to perform a wide range of data collection and analyzation tasks as well as building dashboards. Teaching style depends on the subject, the type of material, and the student’s level and ability. The goal is to inspire a student to learn the study skills necessary to excel on their own. In a tutoring situation there is usually the immediate need (to pass a test) and the long term need to be able to succeed on their own. I try to balance these two goals but the guidance of the parents is most critical. A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have been self employed for the last 6 years, I went back to school last year to add Science and Math for middle school to my certification. I passed the Praxis for both of those subjects spring of 2010. I was not able to get a full time teaching position this year. I went back to working for myself but would love to tutor. Since I was a teen I have always wanted to be a teacher. I am presently enroll at Converse College in the Master Program. I am very driven to become a certified teacher.
