My passion for the arts drives everything I do, from education to the practice of art. Being an academically trained artist has taught me the value of knowing the masters of art history and the importance of passing on the knowledge. Also, with art being hands-on craft, I strongly believe in “getting in there and getting your hands dirty”. I not only experienced varying styles of education, but I also obtained a high quality education that is applicable to many settings, points of view, interpersonal and cultural dynamics and personalities. I became interested in tutoring during my three years of graduate study at Princeton Theological Seminary. Studying theology in my undergraduate and graduate work required me to invest strongly in multiple subjects such as history, philosophy, languages, politics and literature.
