I have worked as a tutor for 10 years in all subjects, especially focusing on ESL learners. Recently, I have worked in an ESL school (FLS International) with university age students seeking to matriculate into American Universities. Before that, I worked in South Korea teaching English. While employed at these schools, I also work part-time as a tutor- mostly for middle and high school age students. My senior project researched the process in which adolescents first learn to think abstractly. Stanford's STEP program was an intense year which prepared me very well for classroom teaching.
