I have been involved with the field of performing arts for over 15 years. Itrained with the former head of Vocal Performance at Florida State prior to competing in the Miss Florida Pageant. I also trained in ballet and gymnastics at The Ron Gallimore Olympic trainign Center. My back ground in the fields of dance and vocal performance have led to many exciting opportunities. I am an accomplished songwriter who has copy written works registerd with the US patent office. In addition, I served as the School Liaison Officer for the U. S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay School system for 3 years. During that time I also taught a college freshman English class for Troy State University aboard the base. Upon retirement, I tutored and mentored middle school students for 2 years.
