In my office hours, I would tutor students individually on the areas in which they had difficulty. My teaching style is sculpted to fit each individual student. Sometimes students would benefit from me working through each mathematical question on the board and working through them step by step. During high school, a manager at work asked if I would help tutor his Hispanic children. The tutoring lasted for about a year and we were all satisfied with the results. After graduating from Rutgers in 2006 with a BA in Psychology, I found a job as a residential counselor for the Devereux Foundation. Math and writing were top priorities and daily notes were taken to see how well each client progressed each week.
