After 3 years of scoring, I was offered a position as a scoring facilitator who introduced constructed response questions, discussed rubric requirements, and monitored the scores given by groups of 10-14 scorers assigned to each question. I am easygoing and friendly, and never judgemental. I will focus on what you feel is your weakest link or help you determine where your needs are.
