I like to take a "Pimsluer" approach to learning languages, meaning it's not how many words you know. Rather it's using what you know and making the most of it. All the while consistently seeking for opportunities to learn ASL by simply conversing with natives. I believe that whenever I'm working with a student they have the capacity to learn and internalize the material. I believe that the student can learn the material. My method of mathematical and scientific instruction is based off the Polya style of teaching where the instructor guides their students by questions and reviewing the known information. Thus the student's questions drive the student towards the answer desired. I find great personal reward when working with students. After explaining information and working on helping a student understand the material there's sometimes that moment when you can watch the student go from not knowing what's going on to sudden understanding. Experience: covers a broad range of Student's ages. From 1st Grade up to 12th Grade. My main theme are Maths but also I do very well in Physics. I completed Engineering Studies in Peru so that's the background I can show in Maths and Science.
