A Little Bit About Me...

I believe everyone has the chance to succeed if they are given the right opportunity. I believe everyone learns differently and therefore catering to one's individual needs is important. I myself am a visual and hands-on learner and because of this would most likely try to incorporate this in my teaching style.
I have recently returned to school to pursue my teaching license in secondary education in English. I have a passion for reading and writing and can't wait to pass on my excitement to future students. My first degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. I love helping kids learn and recently worked with Autistic children over the summer. I have a great deal of patience and love seeing kids reach their maximum potential.

I currently am achieving my BA in a double major in English Literature and Creative Writing. However, I did previously study Secondary Education and English at a former institution. Through both discourses, Education and English, I am both strong in content and method. I have three years of experience as a tutor and teacher assistant in the areas of Math, English, and Science.
