I have degrees in civil engineering and have been in the workforce for 17 years. This has given me a great background in math and science. Since 2008 I have taught math courses at Lakeshore Technical College. I teach Math with Business Applications and Algebra for General Chemistry. I currently tutor two students in math--One is a high school sophomore who is struggling with geometry and wants to get his grades up, and the other is trying to get into a military program and needs to beef up his math score on the ASVAB.

A Little Bit About Me...

With my bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, I have developed a strong understanding and comprehension of math and science. I have tutored my younger brother in physics while he was in high school and three years ago as a Resident Assistant on a floor specifically for engineering student, I have helped my residents with their college level physics and some calculus classes. I have also taught tennis for two summers for the West Bend Parks and Recreation Department.
I am an easy going individual who attempts to make learning fun and relate it to real life examples. From as long as I can remember I have had a passion for science and the arts which explains why I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology a Masters degree in Art Therapy. Although I do not have a teaching certificate, I have taught painting for over 15 years at a local technical college.
