I have plenty that i've been tought so maybe using some of them could help the students understand better.
I am only 19 and i graduated class of 2011. I've had a lot of help when i was in school so i know it can be stressful and tough but i found it a lot easier when i got help from people. Kids may be shy or maybe they just find the work is to hard and there scared to get help but i'm easy and outgoing i don't force kids to do there work. It takes time for them to understand how to work things out how to talk to teachers.

People who've seen me teach describe me as relaxed, focused, and funny. For better or worse (I like to think better), I believe in age appropriate humor as part of an overall teaching philosophy. I also tend to be lively. But the bottom line is that we all understand our goals and reach them. When I walk into a classroom or even a solo session, I want to know what the student(s) needs are. I believe in teaching to the goals and then even exceeding them. At the same time, I'm not rigid at all. There are many ways to hit the target. Students come in all shapes, sizes, and moods.
