I am only 19 and i graduated class of 2011. I've had a lot of help when i was in school so i know it can be stressful and tough but i found it a lot easier when i got help from people. Kids may be shy or maybe they just find the work is to hard and there scared to get help but i'm easy and outgoing i don't force kids to do there work. It takes time for them to understand how to work things out how to talk to teachers.
I have plenty that i've been tought so maybe using some of them could help the students understand better.

I feel that understanding the 'why' leads people to more easily grasp larger concepts and makes mistakes easier to recognize. After that practice is absolutely necessary: repetition IS the mother of learning. For children all this has to be presented in an accessible way. I try to contextualize problems in math and science in order to make them easier for children to grasp. Youtube has made potentially dangerous science projects unnecessary in order to illustrate certain concepts, while additional resources, such as the Khan Academy, make math problems easier to review. Having said all this teaching is a near sacred responsibility that I am completely devoted to when given the opportunity.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently self-employed as a computer software trainer. My practice includes clients as well as groups. As part of my work, I'm currently an adjunct professor at 2 local community colleges. I'm also a Sunday school teacher at my local congregation. I've been doing this for many years. My classes over the years have ranged from K-6th grade. I thoroughly enjoy it and it's fair to say I get more than I give. Finally, I also teach adult ed as part of my business. My catalog includes not only computer courses but also piano, voice, guitar, and songwriting, as well as any other courses that I feel confident in teaching.
