As a "late in life" graduate of Fordham University, I received permanent Teaching Certification and continued to teach in a public school district for 5 years. I was then offered an amazing opportunity to bring a non-profit pre-school and daycare back to fruition which I accomplished in under a year. Having left the pre-school after an ownership change, I have found myself desiring to go back to my real passion - teaching. I am a senior at the State University at Albany, where I am majoring in History. I am aniticapting graduating in the summer of 2010. I earned my AS degree in Liberal Arts. I currently work as a after school counselor at PineBush Elementary in Guilderland NY. Majoring in History, I have learned to write various papers and analized data. I have tutured students also in other subjects such as English, and Government.
