Composition is one of my top subjects! I scored a perfect score on the state writing test in high school. I also scored very high in all of my college composition courses.

IMPROVE READING AND WRITING SCORES IN CLASS AND ON THE ACT.

I have been an AP Literature and Composition teacher as well as Twelfth grade Language Arts instructor for over 16 years. I am acutely aware of the needs of students as it relates to mastering reading and writing skills. A Little Bit About Me...

When I have "tutored" fellow colleagues and students in the past, I have learned that one must be creative in their teaching so that every person can learn in their own way. Creativity is the key to helping a person understand, even playful games have their place in teaching. I have always been a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills. A Little Bit About Me...

A love of education evidenced by two earned bachelor degrees in Music and Journalism and a mater's degree in Speech-Language Pathology coupled with a love of people are two main ingredients for success in education.
