My goal is leave each student with the skills they need to succeed in writing –not just a particular paper but any writing assignment they may face. After earning my BA and PhD in English, I spent many years in industry as an engineer, quality manager, project manager, and technical writer. I think that the way to encourage a child's success is to identify the ways in which the students learns best, and to understand what subjects/topics interest them.
