An understanding tutor

I have worked with all grade levrls as substitute school teacher with range from pre k to 12th grade and worked for a tutoring company while turoring an elementary student in math. I have a masters degree and while obtaining my degrees, I am very familiar with test preparation. I have taken basic computer classes in the past and I am more than able to teach the basics such as how to save a file.
The teaching style that I have always promoted is to recognize that everyone learns on a different level and at a different pace. Therefore, a step by step instructor is needed and that instructor has to know how to meet that individual needs based on what they know not what I know. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is thus: First engage the student about what subject he likes, engage in small talk and then tutor the assignments. ALways praise the student and point his or her strong abilities and plus tell the student they can do this assignment. First I let the student try the assignment and then I will jump in and help.
