In fifth grade, we were given 20 new words to learn each week. We were required to write two sentences with each word. Each sentence needed to be written in a different style. However best the student learns. I believe in "hands-on" whenever this is feasible. I have limited experience in tutoring. The experiences include tutoring student nurses in the clinical facilities and in the Fundamentals of Nursing. When I worked with the students in the facilities, I would always demonstrate an organized way of assessing a patient from head-to-toe. I would ask a patient to agree to this procedure.
