I'll only be taking elementary kids as students, I can tutor/help them with studies for 1/2 hours every weekday. I am currently enrolled in highschool but I tutored many of my cousins for the past several years so I'm great with young kids! I don't have any proper work experience but I'm hoping this will be my first.I have volunteered at many elementary schools and I can speak fluent Hindi and Bengali. So I can communicate with specific kids on a more casual and easier way if necessary.

I think teaching styles should differ based on the preferred learning style of the student. The teaching style should play on the strengths and preferences of that particular student. That being said, I foster a student-centered approach to learning. This approach encourages the student play an equal, active role in the learning process, rather than a passive role.
