As a certified translator and an aspiring interpreter, the Spanish language is a major part of my life and I thoroughly enjoy sharing it with interested students. In my experience as a tutor, my students have most often struggled with Spanish because they're not able to see the perspective put forth in class. I've learned that by looking at a concept in a new way - with new examples, a story, a different context - the 'right' approach for that particular student can be found. I absolutely believe in a patient, understanding approach that encourages questions and discussion, and leads to a deeper understanding of the material.
