More than my love for teaching, I love imparting the knowledge that I have acquired over the years to students in simple palpable way. I believe I have the ability to break up complicated problems or concepts into smaller parts and explain them building up to help the student to have a complete overview. My teaching skill involves explaining every single step of the subject, as I feel there should be no room to assume that the student already knows it. I start from step 1. I graduated with honors from the Air Traffic Control Operators Course in 1983 with a 97% average. I was selected for instructor duty in 1986 and received extensive training on various instructing and teaching modalities along with counseling techniques. I enjoyed teaching so much that I went back to that profession, once again teaching for the air force from 2001-2003. I left that job to serve in Afghanistan as a civilian contractor as an air traffic controller and Chief Air Traffic Control Training.
