My experience in the air force has served me well. My style of teaching is to learn a little background including areas of interest of the pupil. I try to motivate by using real life applications to emphasize the importance of learning a certain subject area. I had the opportunity to teach Organic while I was working and enjoyed it but the time constraints were tough. I am now retired from industry and will be teaching in the Chemistry Department at the University of West Florida.
