I love to share my "hands-on" experiences of the physical world with the students I teach. No matter their age, students can be captivated by the physical world around them. Science doesn't have to be boring. Mathematics is the "language" of science. I taught my own children an appreciation for learning mathematical tools as a means of understanding the physical sciences. My daughter presently hold a doctorate in Mathematics from Dartmouth.
