A Little Bit About Me...
As a mentor, I have taught co-workers through various methods; including role playing and leading by example. As a manager, I had a open door policy of management. I taught my employees by holding training sessions to teach the process and to lead by doing. As a parent I successfully helped all of my children become successful in life. I enjoy helping children learn, I recently spent time with my grandchildren and enjoyed the time I spent with them on their school work. I am patient, easy going and calm.
