My comments on tutoring Materials Engineering : I am a degreed (BS and MS) Mechanical Engineer and a PE and am very experienced with Materials Engineering related subjects.

I have both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering with many years of Industry experience. I am well versed in the areas of Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, HVAC&R related subjects, Mechanics of Materials, Materials Science and Engineering, almost all Math subjects (Calculus, Geometry, Algebra), Aerodynamics, Compressible Flow, Thermal Analysis, Structural Analysis, Engineering Mechanics - Statics and Dynamics, Machine Design, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and others.
I have a very direct and user friendly approach to teaching and tutoring and have a strong grasp of the fundamentals that I like the student to learn and work on so they can solve the problems expected of them in class and on their exams.
