My tutoring experience has been very rewarding, because results are evident within a couple of sessions with the students. I am patient, positive, and creative. As a student in Organic Chemistry I have learned that repetition is the best way to know the material. As a teacher for Organic Chemistry I believe that after the initial topic is covered and somewhat understood the student should be given lots of practice problems. At this point, we can work on the weak parts of the understanding of the material based on how the student can handle the problems.
