When I graduated from University I moved into industry and enjoyed a successful career including building and selling 2 businesses and leading a successful IPO. 2 years ago i moved into the non-profit world to give back my knowledge and experience to worthy causes. One non-profit involves tutoring underprivileged 6th-12th grade children in maths, english and geography as well as teaching them the sport of squash. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the students learn and develop, experiencing a sport and places (we attend some out of town tournaments) they probably wouldn't otherwise experience. I am now interested in teaching Accounting and Finance leaning on my specialist background knowledge.

I have participated in a 4 unit class where i taught Spanish to 8-11 year old children and it consisted of developing a plan that included songs and dancing to learn Spanish in a fun and animated way.
