School/education was my haven when I was younger, and I want younger children to feel that way as well. Just as no child should be left behind, each child should also recognized by his/her learning style. I am a firm believer in teamwork and believe children can go forward if given the proper resources.
As a recent graduate of the University of Phoenix, I am very much driven and have a strong desire to step into the educational arena and work with younger children. My time as a Master-degreed student allowed me to study alongside current educational professionals that work with the population that I want to work with one day. I have a keen interest in working with those children where English is the second language for them as I, too, grew up in a bilingual household. I love the art of teaching. I can teach in many different waysm I love cooperative teaching and facilitating students and let them feel and analyze he topic is at hand(silent learning). I can be a visual teacher, auditory, kinistetic depending on the students needs and what needs to be demonstrated so the student can understand and not memorize what is being taught. All students can learn some at a faster pace and some may need more time.
