My comments on tutoring Sculpting : Studied sculpture at San Jose State University And have more than a basic knowlege as well as ceramics. Sculpted in relief on clay, stone and casting figures.

Art tutor, Homework tutor, Learning facilitator!

I have worked in art and graphic design professionally for the past 6 years, however I have been freelancing and creating art for myself since 1998. I previously worked for the Hayward Area Historical Society, which included assisting in design for exhibits as well as some teaching to visiting school groups. I have also been asked to teach small groups of children about art, or help with general homework on numerous occasions.
I work best one-on-one or in small groups, I can adjust my style to what a person needs after speaking with them for a while and understanding how they learn. I've found the best way to teach someone a new way of looking at something is to understand how they currently perceive it.
