I'm pretty laid back. I like my students to make effort and hope to add a little fun in there but for the most part I expect my students to learn at their own pace and it doesn't matter how fast they move but they have to make effort.

My elementary school, Hamen Elementary, had a program in which good students could tutor mentally challenged students. I did that for three years.
