Many teachers will say the same thing, that they love teaching and it is only outside factors that will disrupt a class and make it difficult for some students to learn. I delight in helping students to acquire new knowledge and there is satisfaction in having students thank the teacher after a class. I like to work with small groups and encourage these groups to explore and teach each other from my leading. Sometimes however, extraneous issues prevent students from learning adequately at school and I welcome the opportunity to supplement this education with one on one or group tutoring. I was raised as a bilingual speaker, Italian & English, and was always fascinated by the workings of language. After my discharge from the Air Force in Australia, while studying for a BA in English & History, I began teaching and tutoring in this field. I was drawn to the Linguistics aspect of my study
