I firmly believe that a good education must be adaptable, flexible, and incorporate a variety of learning styles if it is to be of maximum benefit to students. When teaching, I speak with my students about the kinds of activities they feel assist them most in retaining information as well as observing their learning style independently. My original direction was networking until I realized the rewards of spending time with students in the classroom. Having raised two children, I volunteered several hundred hours at my son's school and found that I desired to be part the classroom experience.
